Wayne Janis, Founder/President
Wayne Janis is the President of Janis Technologies, Inc. Wayne earned his Bachelors in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, and his Masters in Business Administration from Drexel University with a concentration in Finance and Information Technology. Wayne is on the adjunct faculty of Duquesne University, Messiah College, and Penn State University, where he teaches various undergraduate business and computer courses on a part-time basis.

Prior to forming Janis Technologies, Wayne worked in the Information Technology Dept. at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and in the Business Analysis Dept. at AMP (now Tyco). Since 1983, Wayne has dedicated himself to the pursuit of excellence in the areas of software development, custom programming and technical support. Clients benefit from Wayne’s ongoing practice of working closely with the client to learn about their business, reviewing products to find additional solutions, and determining the best way to integrate their systems so that their business runs at peak efficiency.

When clients have IT staff in-house, we work closely with them to cooperatively develop an optimum software package or integrate existing systems as efficiently as possible. Aaron Croasmun/Technical Support Specialist
Aaron brings nearly 5 years of technical support and software development experience to the table. Aaron has worked for Affinigent, Inc. and for Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union as an IT developer. During these engagements, he was able to cultivate a profound understanding of the importance of providing superior customer service and the positive impact that has on each organization he represents. Aaron has a background in a wide variety of operating systems, languages and platforms, including Windows 9x/NT/2000, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, ASP, VB.NET and Visual FoxPro.
